Project Overview
Narmada Water Tech successfully executed the restoration, revamping and commissioning of a 350 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) to improve treatment efficiency, aeration performance, hydraulic flow, biological treatment and overall plant reliability.
The existing STP was experiencing issues related to damaged air grids, accumulated sludge, deteriorated diffusers, old tube media and other mechanical components. The project involved comprehensive cleaning, equipment restoration, aeration system replacement, MBBR media installation, clarifier modification and chemical dosing system installation.
The revamping work was carried out with a focus on improving oxygen transfer, biological treatment efficiency, sludge management and long-term operational reliability.

Project Outcome
